CAD/DB Integrated Pipe Thickness Management System
This is a piping thickness management system that integrates strength calculations for piping (standards: in compliance with technical standards for thermal power generation equipment) with CAD systems and database systems. By centrally managing piping strength calculations, system diagrams, isometric drawings, inspection records, remaining life assessment lists, and next inspection schedules, we propose a piping thickness management system to prevent TSR cracking and uninspected leaks, as well as to assist in budgeting for the next inspection.
